Booking Confirmation:
Sfla issues a written confirmation letter to the ‘contact name’ for all bookings received, along with an Invoice for payment for the Course Booking. Should you not receive a confirmation letter by post within ten days of sending the booking, then please e-mail us at:

Cancellations:
The charge is payable before the event and no refunds will be made for cancellations received later than ten working days before the event. Participant substitutions are acceptable at any time. Non-arrivals will be charged the full rate.
